I just needed to tell you a little more.

Having finally uploaded my latest post from my new laptop and mobile broadband, which is very slow by the way. Here is a little secret that I thought I’d let you all into. I got absolutely nowhere until tonight when once again I phoned up the “three” company. I spent nearly an hour chatting o a very helpful technician who talked me through many different options to get the dongle working. He tried just about everything possible and eventually got me to put the thing in a different USB port via a wired connection to help increase the power. But the problem it seems was that the clever guys at PC World, whom you’ll remember I paid an extra £30 quid to had set the whole thing up to the wrong network.

How about that for a total waste of money. Thanks a bunch PC World.

The online technician from 3 however was not only extremely helpful, but very patient indeed, while I kept him waiting as I followed his meticulous instructions. Thanks for your help to that man, which leads me on to say the following. I reckon from the past few weeks experiences that my new found mentor John is also an extremely helpful and patient man and I just hope I will prove myself worthy of his teaching programme by completing it to a very high standard, even if a little behind time because of all my Internet problems. I am still not yet on a fast landline broadband, but I sure am getting on with things and trying once again to leap up that MOUNTAIN in massive strides.

Hopefully my luck is now changing for the better with today being start of the Chinese Olympic games. It should be after all because my own birthday happens to fall on the 8th of a month. By the way have you seen google’s homepage today? I reckon it looks fantastic. Enough for now I am going to get back to my course this weekend.
